Paper title: SYNERGETIC SPEED CONTROL OF SQUIRREL MOTOR DRIVES
Author(s): LOURI MEHDI, LINDA BARAZANE,
Abstract: Field-oriented control is one of the most significant control methods for high performance ac electric machines and drives, in
particular for induction machines. Other hand, indirect field oriented control applied to such a motor is considered as a simple
and highly reliable scheme which has essentially become an industry standard. In this way, this paper synthesizes and develops
an indirect field-oriented speed control process for induction motor based on synergetic control theory. After more, and at the
end of such a study, the comparison with the conventional PI control approach is done and the results show that the speed
controller based on synergetic control is more stable, robust and insensitive to system parameter variations.
