Paper title: HOMOGENIZATION EFFICIENCY FOR COMPOSITE MATERIALS IN 2D MAGNETOSTATIC EXTERIOR PROBLEMS

Author(s): LUCIAN PETRESCU, ADELINA BORDIANU, VALENTIN IONIŢĂ,

Abstract:

In our days there are a lot of machines and devices that are using magnetic nanocomposite materials, which involve a careful modeling. The purpose of this paper is to study the homogenization efficiency for composite materials in 2D magnetostatic exterior problems, varying some of the material parameters such as: number of particles for the same volume ratio, the dispersion of inclusions in the material, the concentration of the particles in the material and the magnetic permeability of the material components (inclusions and matrix). The discussions were referred to the average relative errors calculated for two curves on the exterior of the material domain.
