Paper title: ÉVALUATION DES MESURES POUR L’AUGMENTATION DE L’ÉFFICIENCE ÉNÉRGETIQUE (EVALUATION OF THE PROCEDURES TO INCREASE THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY)

- This paper is designated to be a methodological frame for the energetically efficiency
improvement solutions evaluation, based on the construction of “The iso-production
curve, “The total costs of conservations curve (TCC)” and “The conserved stock curve
(CSC)”. The energy quantity identification which will be conserved represents a
problem where the total cost, including here and the energy cost, must be minimized.
Despite of the fact that the two curves, TCC and CSC, are designated to illustrate the
same conservation potential, each one presents some advantages. The TCC curve
contains some additional information over the information offered by the CSC curve
construction, because the last one is a derivate of the first one. The TCC curve offer
the possibility to distinguish between the economies resulted from the elimination of
the non-energetically inefficiency and the ones which results from the energy
conservation.
